1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Return Window: You must initiate the return request within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Packaging & Tags: All original product tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, original receipt, or order confirmation email is required.

Note: For hygiene reasons, customized garments, compression innerwear, or clearance sale items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our manufacturing quality. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at support@aaasport.store (or via WhatsApp/Contact Page).
  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect or wrong product along with your order ID.
  3. Once verified, we will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund immediately.

3. Exchange Policy

If you received the correct item but need a different size or color:

  • You can exchange the item within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees for size/color exchanges.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email/phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
  • Payment Method: The refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method or issued via bank transfer/store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/wrong item).

5. Return Shipping Instructions

To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address.
  2. Securely pack the item with its original packaging and tags.
  3. Ship the parcel via a trackable courier service and share the tracking details with us.
